Through a combination of grants, scholarships, financial aid and financing options, our mission is to never let cost be the hurdle that stops you from achieving your goals.
W Academy is a nationally accredited institution with an amazing track record of helping budding artists realize their dreams of
becoming successful, professional stylists, colorists, makeup artists, skin care specialists and more.
With most students, we take a multi-stepped approach to make tuition as affordable as possible. Being nationally accredited, we encourage students to take advantage of all federal and state level programs available to help offset the cost of tuition and our financial aid advisors use decades of experience to help you through this process. These are pieces such as Pell Grants and VA Benefits.
Once we've exhausted those options, we can help identify other scholarship opportunities and finally, look at student and parent unsubsidized and subsidized, interest-free payment plan loans for any portions of tuition not covered by these other programs.

Starting with FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid)
Each year, the U.S. government budgets over $170 billion towards student aid. The information provided in your FASFA application helps determine what portion of that you can qualify for. In addition, the State of California uses the information from your FASFA to determine eligibility for state programs.
W Academy Academic Year: July 1st-June 30th
If you have a military background and qualify for the GI Bill, you'll want to apply for VA benefits through those channels. Once enrolled with W Academy, we'll handle your Certificate of Eligibility (COE) and use those funds towards your tuition.
If you have scholarships or other grants outside of what's available through FAFSA, we're happy to supply all documentation that that program would need to finalize that scholarship or grant.

Financing the Remaining Balance
Once you've submitted your FAFSA application and have received your FAFSA ID, studentloans.gov is the U.S. Government's resource for applying for federal student loans.
